All Skillsterr courses and digital products are sold through our learning platform at learn.graphicsguruji.com (sunilkargwal6794.ongraphy.com, powered by Graphy). This refund policy applies to every purchase made there, including purchases started from skillsterr.com.
Digital products
Our courses, videos, e-books, templates, kits and other resources are non-tangible, irrevocable goods (“digital products”). Once you get access, they cannot be returned.
No refunds after access
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product has been delivered (course access given or files sent).
Please read the course page, curriculum and FAQs carefully — and ask us any questions on WhatsApp — before you buy.
