By using skillsterr.com, enrolling in a course or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Skillsterr (formerly Graphics Guruji) is run by mentor Sunil Kargwal. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Skillsterr; “you” means the learner or visitor.

skillsterr.com is a showcase website. When you click “Buy” or “Enroll”, you are taken to our learning platform at learn.graphicsguruji.com (powered by Graphy). Payment, login and course access happen there, and that platform’s terms also apply.

• •Course details, curriculum, bonuses and features may be updated or improved over time.
• •Prices, discounts and offer timers are decided by us and can change without notice.
• •An offer is valid only during the period shown at the time of purchase.

• •Courses come with the validity mentioned on each course page (most courses: lifetime validity).
• •Access is personal and non-transferable — one account, one learner.
• •Courses can be accessed on our Android app, PC, laptop and MacBook. They are not available on iPhone.
• •Bonus access with a time limit — for example, 90-day PRO access to our English practice app — ends after that period and has its own usage limits.

• •WhatsApp support is chat only, 10am–6pm. We do not take calls.
• •Some support has a time limit — for example, 3 months of WhatsApp support in the English Communication course and 1 week of follow-up after a 1-on-1 session.
• •Live sessions happen on the schedule we announce and may be rescheduled when needed.

• •Certificates are issued only after you complete all required quizzes and assignments and pass the review. There is no automatic download.
• •We may ask you to redo an assignment until it meets the required standard.

All videos, e-books, templates, kits, prompts, worksheets and other course material belong to Skillsterr. You may use them for your own learning and in your own or client projects. You may not:

• •Share your login or course material with others.
• •Record, download, copy, re-upload or resell any course content.
• •Sell our templates, kits or e-books as your own products.

Breaking these rules can lead to your access being removed without a refund.

Some of our course pages say things like “start earning before the course ends”, “1 subscription sale = fees vasool”, “become 100% job-ready” or “start speaking English in 1 month”. These describe the opportunity and the step-by-step plan we teach — they are not a promise or guarantee of any result.

For a realistic chance to start earning during the AI Product Builder Vibe Coding Course, you need to:

• •Complete the chapters and assignments in order, without skipping steps.
• •Actually build, test and publish your own product (web app, mobile app or desktop software).
• •Market your product and actively pitch clients — find leads, send outreach and follow up.
• •Give enough regular time to practice and apply what you learn.

You will also be responsible for:

• •Costs of third-party tools and services — such as AI tool subscriptions, domain and hosting, the Google Play developer account fee and payment gateway charges.
• •Getting approvals from third parties — such as Google Play app review and payment gateway (Razorpay) KYC and account activation. These are outside our control.
• •Following the laws and platform rules that apply to your product and your business, including taxes on your income.

Any student results, earnings or examples we show are individual cases, not typical or guaranteed outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, skills, time, niche, market demand and many other factors.

Our courses teach tools like Lovable, Claude, Cursor, Figma, ChatGPT, Supabase, Razorpay and Google Play. These are owned by other companies, which may change their features, prices, rules or availability at any time. We are not responsible for such changes, though we try to keep our content updated.

Our courses are digital products. Please read our Refund Policy before you buy.

Be respectful in our WhatsApp groups, Discord and live sessions. No spam, abuse, hate speech or sharing of pirated content. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules.

Our courses and content are provided for education. To the extent allowed by law, Skillsterr is not liable for any indirect loss — such as loss of income, data, clients or opportunity — arising from the use of our website, courses or advice. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the course concerned.

We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India.
